Painting Works, Thome, Thika Road; This work for the exterior and interior painting of this block of twenty units located in Thome on Thika Road, opposite Garden City Mall was undertaken by Jongonga Contractors with the directive that the works get completed in record time so that tenants could enter the respective houses. The painting works included walls, ceilings, fissure boards, gutters, windows and doors. Scheming and wallmaster was also included in the interior renovations. By the time of completion we had done the entire project to the satisfaction of the clients who gave us a thumbs-up.

Interior Painting works included preparation of surfaces plus application of undercoat before the actual painting to the desired finishing. Scheming in the relevant areas followed by sanding, application of undercoat and the finishing to the desired colors. These procedures were followed for the walls and the ceilings. The exterior works that were completed included application of undercoat followed by wallmaster then we applied weather-guard paint (to protect against the elements of weather).

The project was completed both to the satisfaction of the client and ourselves with the result that they are now our repeat clients having offered us several projects since this particular one.
